Victoria ISD will host its 2026 Career Fair on Tuesday, March 31, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Victoria Fine Arts Center, 1002 Sam Houston Drive. The event invites prospective employees to explore career opportunities across the district and connect directly with campus and department leaders.
Positions are available for the current and 2026โ27 school year in a variety of areas, including certified teaching roles at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, as well as support staff and specialized positions.
Victoria ISD is offering a $1,000 Early Sign-On Incentive for eligible new full-time teachers who are certified or have alternative certification and are new to VISD. Eligible teachers who complete the hiring process by June 1, 2026, may qualify for the incentive. The Early Sign-On Incentive also applies to new hires in the BRIDGE Classroom Instructor program.

VISD representatives from Human Resources will be available to assist candidates with application questions and provide information about the districtโs hiring timeline.
