Welcome to Music!

My name is Jennifer Woods, and I am thrilled to share Music with your students! Our goal with the O'Connor music block classes is to expose students to the wide world offered by music and theater arts.

Every student is capable of succeeding in the music room, no matter their previous experience. We will learn and grow together!

My background is in instrumental music, so I really enjoy getting students playing a variety of instruments! From Pre-K to Fifth grade we will explore percussion: including drums, shakers, and barred instruments. Third grade and up will have the opportunity to work with recorders, and fifth grade students will learn guitar basics!
